About the role
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in the recruitment process for both NETA and technical roles within the company. This position is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as collaborating with hiring managers to ensure that the right talent is brought on board.
Responsibilities
- Sources, screens, and interviews candidates for NETA and technical roles
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs
- Develops and implements recruiting strategies to meet departmental goals
- Conducts initial phone screenings and scheduling interviews
- Prepares candidate packages and conducts background checks
- Works closely with HRIS to maintain accurate records of all candidates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or related field
- Experience with ATS systems and recruiting software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
