As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned hiring teams, delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process. You will partner closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies, identify top talent, and successfully fill critical roles while maintaining a high bar for quality and candidate experience. This role will leverage AI-driven insights and GPTs throughout the recruiting process, from intake preparation and sourcing to interview planning and candidate communications.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting Ownership: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned roles, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams while leveraging AI tools and prompting to enhance sourcing, communication, interview preparation, and other recruiting activities.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define hiring strategies, calibrate candidate profiles, and provide recommendations throughout the hiring process.
  • Talent Strategy & Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract high-quality talent, including passive candidates, using a variety of sourcing techniques and AI-enabled tools.
  • Interview Process Excellence: Facilitate structured interview processes, provide guidance on interview planning and candidate evaluation, and help ensure a fair, consistent, and positive hiring experience.
  • Candidate Experience: Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and thoughtful engagement throughout every stage of the hiring process.
  • Talent Market Expertise: Stay informed on talent market trends, competitive intelligence, and hiring insights to strengthen recruiting strategies and advise hiring managers on market conditions.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to recruiting projects and process improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency, including identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation within recruiting workflows.
  • Compliance: Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies, employment laws, and hiring standards while maintaining accurate documentation and sound recruiting practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and successfully fill technical and business roles.
  • Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, and interviewing skills, with experience identifying and engaging passive talent in a variety of methods.
  • Experience using AI tools and effective prompting to improve productivity, innovation, or problem solving within recruiting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted working relationships.
  • Ability to analyze recruiting data and use insights to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong judgment, critical thinking skills, adaptability, and commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Work Authorization

At this time, we are able to consider candidates who are authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without requiring new or initial employer-sponsored work authorization. Candidates who currently hold valid U.S. work authorization that can be transferred to a new employer (such as certain H-1B statuses) may be considered on a case-by-case basis. We are not able to provide new sponsorship for employment-based visas that require an initial petition or application by the employer.

Pay

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range for this role is $86,205 USD - $107,730 USD.
