We currently have a very exciting opportunity available for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner – Tech in Austin, TX . This will be a 1 2 -month contract role to start . Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Recruit software engineers, engineering leaders, product professionals, and other technical talent across Software Engineering, Product, Data, Cloud, Infrastructure, and IT. Partner with hiring managers and engineering leaders to understand hiring priorities, workforce planning needs, and talent market challenges. Provide strategic talent acquisition guidance and recommend effective recruiting strategies to meet business objectives. Proactively identify and engage qualified technical candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networking, employee referrals, industry events, and direct outreach. Build and maintain pipelines of passive technical candidates to support current and future hiring needs across North America. Develop strong candidate relationships and deliver a positive , high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Utilize market intelligence, competitor insights, and talent mapping to identify and attract top technical talent in competitive markets. Track recruiting metrics, monitor pipeline health, and evaluate hiring outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement. Manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities while maintaining efficient, high-quality recruiting processes. Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical recruiting. Demonstrated success recruiting experienced technical professionals across multiple disciplines and seniority levels. Experience recruiting within Software Engineering, Product, Data, Cloud, Infrastructure, or IT. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of technical skill sets, engineering organizations, and technology talent markets. Proven ability to proactively source, engage, and assess passive candidates in competitive talent markets. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools. Strong stakeholder management, communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills. Ability to use recruiting data and performance metrics to inform talent acquisition strategies and improve hiring outcomes. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience and supporting the development of diverse, high-performing teams. Pay Range Pay range for this position will be up to $ 50.00 per hour .
