Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (Hybrid in Austin, Texas)

About the role

TeamViewer is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner for North America business roles. In this position you will attract and hire top talent for functions such as Finance, Marketing, Sales, HR, and Operations, working closely with hiring managers and department leaders to deliver a seamless recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various business roles.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific talent requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
• Utilize multiple channels—job boards, social media, networking events, and professional networks like LinkedIn—to source high‑quality candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience and representing TeamViewer’s brand values.
• Conduct market research and stay up‑to‑date with industry trends to identify talent pools and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Develop and promote initiatives that enhance brand visibility and attract top talent.
• Implement strategies that promote diverse hiring practices and support the company’s commitment to an inclusive workplace.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.
• Support HR teams in ensuring new joiners have a smooth start by preparing, coordinating, and distributing HR‑related documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
• Experience hiring for business roles such as Finance, Marketing, HR, Sales, or Operations is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute recruitment plans efficiently.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
