The Opportunity The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Technology plays a critical role in building high‑impact IT teams across Ensemble. This position manages full‑cycle recruitment for a portfolio of technology roles and serves as a proactive, consultative partner to hiring managers and senior stakeholders. This role thrives in a metrics‑driven, fast‑paced environment and balances hands‑on recruiting execution with strategic workforce planning and talent advising.
