Responsibilities
- Responsible for full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding—often times in difficult regions.
- Development of recruiting plans, in conjunction with hiring managers.
- Develops relationships with allied health education providers, and professional associations.
- Provide consultative support to hiring managers.
- Act as liaison with area employment agencies, prepare and liaison with advertising agencies, and temporary agencies.
- Develop and maintain job postings on various recruitment sites (CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Career fairs, job fairs, professional conferences, educational conferences in conjunction with University & Events Corporate Recruiter.
- Coordinate TA attendance at career fairs, job fairs, professional conferences, educational conferences in conjunction with University & Events Corporate Recruiter.
- Complete weekly, monthly and annual reports on recruitment and employment activity.
- Mentor and lead TA Specialists & support TA Director.
- Special projects or assignments as needed.
- Grow and manage PRN and/or traveler therapist pool.
- Travel as needed to represent company at recruiting events, etc.
