Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding—often times in difficult regions.
  • Development of recruiting plans, in conjunction with hiring managers.
  • Develops relationships with allied health education providers, and professional associations.
  • Provide consultative support to hiring managers.
  • Act as liaison with area employment agencies, prepare and liaison with advertising agencies, and temporary agencies.
  • Develop and maintain job postings on various recruitment sites (CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Career fairs, job fairs, professional conferences, educational conferences in conjunction with University & Events Corporate Recruiter.
  • Coordinate TA attendance at career fairs, job fairs, professional conferences, educational conferences in conjunction with University & Events Corporate Recruiter.
  • Complete weekly, monthly and annual reports on recruitment and employment activity.
  • Mentor and lead TA Specialists & support TA Director.
  • Special projects or assignments as needed.
  • Grow and manage PRN and/or traveler therapist pool.
  • Travel as needed to represent company at recruiting events, etc.
