Sr TA Advisor
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Develops plans for sourcing appropriate candidates, conducting the interview process and extending offers to selected candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire.
- Manages and implements new strategies for candidate communication, including the scheduling of interviews and answering of candidate questions.
- Builds a pipeline or network of targeted talent pools by representing the organization at employment fairs, on-campus recruiting activities, etc.
- Partakes in ranking process of candidates with hiring manager after interviews are conducted.
- Manages job listings on internal and external sites.
- Counsels hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization.

Qualifications
University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
Benefits
The anticipated term of this engagement will be 3 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs.
Pay
Base Pay Range: $44.71/hr - $72.12/hr

This role will sit onsite, likely in a hybrid capacity, at the location(s) listed in this posting.
About the role
This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA’s family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results.
Skills
Under limited supervision, job focuses on attracting the right talent for the organization's programs and mentors lower level team members on best practices for talent acquisition.
