Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding for U.S. customers using the company ProAV solutions
- Collaborate with sales managers for successful deployments
- Deliver remote and on-site technical training on AV-over-IP technology
- Develop training materials and documentation for system designs
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for high-profile customer issues
- Support commissioning of AV-over-IP systems for production
- Aid Sales and Business Development teams with technical scoping
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in networking systems or AV-over-IP technologies
- Deep knowledge of ProAV networking products and multicast networking
- Strong understanding of routing and switching fundamentals
- Hands-on deployment experience with AVB, Dante, and multicast networks
- Field experience troubleshooting complex AV-over-IP systems
