A Snapshot of Your Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for broadcast systems installations, upgrades, and migrations (e.g., control rooms, studios & technical spaces).
- Scope & Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation models.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate and manage internal engineering teams, external vendors, contractors, and client stakeholders.
- Budget & Risk Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and identify/mitigate potential risks and issues to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including specifications, change orders, status reports, and final handover documentation.
- Technical Oversight: Possess a working knowledge of modern broadcast technologies (e.g., IP video/SMPTE 2110, cloud-based systems, baseband infrastructure, asset management).
What You Will Need
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing technical projects, with at least 3 years specifically focused on broadcast, A/V, or media technology systems integration.
- Project Management Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of core broadcast and IT infrastructure concepts (e.g., routing, signal flow, networking, storage).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Software Proficiency: Expert proficiency with project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, AutoCAD, Jira) and standard office productivity tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience with IP-based broadcast solutions (SMPTE 2110, NDI, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud media workflows (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Benefits
- Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $114,000.00-150,000.00 annually.
- This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
- Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
