KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the senior local IT technical owner for supported Cambrooke locations.
- Coincide with AHN corporate IT regarding enterprise standards, shared platforms, security direction, and escalation procedures.
- Oversee site-level IT operations and infrastructure at Ayer, Brockton, Devens, and other assigned local or remote sites.
- Administer and maintain Windows servers, virtualization platforms, and network infrastructure.
- Oversee administration of Entra ID, Intune, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Provide technical ownership and support for Cambrooke business applications, including access management, troubleshooting, vendor escalation, system availability, documentation, and coordination with business stakeholders.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for local and remote sites.
- Manage and support enterprise collaboration and communication systems.
- Ensure systems, hardware, firmware, and software are patched and maintained.
- Administer, monitor, test, and document enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Design, test, and execute backup and recovery procedures for on-premises and cloud-based workloads.
- Help ensure business continuity and recoverability of critical systems.
- Coordinate network upgrades and vendor-supported infrastructure improvements.
- Coordinate vendors and managed-service providers for infrastructure, business applications, support services, telecommunications, physical-security systems, licensing, renewals, issue escalation, and project delivery.
- Support the enforcement of information-security policies and access controls.
- Support security, access, compliance, and audit-readiness activities, including user-access reviews, privileged-access controls, endpoint compliance, documentation, and evidence gathering.
- Administer and maintain physical-security systems, including cameras and access-control systems.
- Ensure appropriate video retention and support security or safety investigations.
- Support major migrations and enterprise projects, including domain migrations, identity and endpoint-management changes, infrastructure modernization, application transitions, network upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives, and corporate IT standardization efforts.
- Train and support end users and new hires on MIS-controlled systems.
- Mentor and guide Systems Administrators I?III.
- Work closely with corporate MIS teams to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Participate in planned maintenance, urgent incident response, critical-outage support, enterprise changes, business-application issues, physical-security events, and project cutovers.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining Windows servers, virtualization platforms, and network infrastructure.
- Experience with Entra ID, Intune, Teams, and SharePoint administration.
- Strong understanding of business applications, access management, and system availability.
- Experience with enterprise collaboration and communication systems.
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions, including design, testing, and execution.
- Experience with physical-security systems and camera management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Security clearance may be required.
