Sr. Systems Account Manager

Responsibilities
- Deliver on Trane's business strategy by developing long-term customer relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, and building owners.
- Provide knowledge and consultation in the form of developing HVAC system related solutions for the customer's problems, including financial and performance-based considerations.
- Assemble and coordinate acquisition team as needed for customers and projects.
- Develop and execute an account specific business plan to identify the long-term, mutual support requirements required to facilitate a strong, profitable, and successful partnership.
- Absent from direct customer interaction, collaborate with colleagues in your office.
- Create/plan your day, visit customers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of demonstrated experience or Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS).
- 2+ years experience of solutions sales, systems, or applications experience.
- Communication and ability to build relationships, entrepreneurial drive, ability to “close”, organization skills, time management skills.
- Driver License, Valid and in State Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.

- Must be able to pass additional drug screening due to safety sensitive role.
Skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems and provide solutions.
- Experience in HVAC systems and solutions sales.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Pay
Annual Base Salary Range: $145,856.66 - $210,909.99 Compensation Type: Salary Incentive Eligible: No Sales Commission Eligible: Yes
