Sr Svc Agent/Non-DOT/Night

About the role

Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Ability to operate computer terminal
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person
• Good human relations and communications skills
• Non-covered safety sensitive Position
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner

Schedule

• Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week (TBD)
• Approximate hours: 1400-2030 during the week and 0700-1330 on Saturday
• Subject to change based on operational need

Preferred Qualifications

• This is a Part-Time position minimum 17.5 hrs weekly
• Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week
• Must have flexibility to work as needed

Pay

$21.18 - $31.11 hr.
