Responsibilities
- Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, including responding to inquiries, problem resolution, and selling company services.
- Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Ability to operate a computer terminal.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
- Good human relations and communications skills.
