Sr Svc Agent/Non-DOT

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a part-time Customer Service Agent in Louisville, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, including responding to inquiries, resolving problems, and selling company services.
• Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Ability to operate a computer terminal.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
• Good human relations and communications skills.

Schedule

• Tuesday – Friday: 3:15 PM – 8:15 PM
• Saturday: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Pay

$22.30 per hour (non-negotiable).
