Sr Svc Agent/Non-DOT

Job Duties

Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services.

Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High School Diploma/G.E.D.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Ability to operate computer terminal.
• Ability to lift 50 Lbs.
• Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person.
• Good human relations and communications skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Consistently lift 50 pounds
• High School / GED Diploma
• Must successfully complete a Federal Drug screen and background check

Pay

Starting Pay: $19.34
