Customer Service Agent (non-DOT)

Responsibilities

• Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, including responding to inquiries, problem resolution, and selling company services.
• Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Ability to operate a computer terminal.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
• Good human relations and communications skills.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $22.30 (non-negotiable). Pay range: $22.30–$31.11.

In New Jersey, any compensable Security and Walk time will be paid to non-exempt/hourly employees at the state minimum wage.
