Sr. Survey CADD Technician
Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is seeking a CADD Technician to support our survey division. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing survey drawings for municipal, transportation (DOT), and ALTA surveys, and thrive in a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
- Work within MicroStation or AutoCAD Civil 3D following client-driven CADD standards (NCS, DOT’s, UPRR, USACOE, etc.)
- Adhere to specific quality control procedures
- Complete work according to standard surveying principles, practices, and company standards
- Create and document easement exhibits, legal descriptions, deed interpretation, layouts, submittals, instructions, and complete survey drawings
- Perform survey calculations and reports
- Coordinate with design engineers to develop ROW and ownership plans for various entities
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation (required)
- Experience with Trimble Business Center (TBC), Microsoft Office, and other design software (a plus)
- Capable of completing projects with support from surveying technicians, field crews, project managers, and Professional Land Surveyors
Pay
Annual salary range: $69,000 – $95,000
