About the role
Quality Auditors are integral members of our account management teams who proactively obtain, compile and follow up on information critical to providing exceptional consulting, placement and advocacy for Willis Tower Watson clients and prospects. You will be required to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Audit all transactions processed in the Surety Service Center
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and a strong knowledge of surety bond transactions
- Build relationships and work closely with client-decision makers
- Review executed deliverables on behalf of the client in accordance with service level agreements and standard operating procedures
- Complete various administrative tasks
- Accurately audit surety bonds based on the specific instructions of the client and/or client manager
- Understand and interpret the information presented in a bond request
- Aid in resolving client/cARRIER accounting issues
- Prepare written correspondence, reports and analysis as needed for management
- Communicate effectively with clients, client managers and other team members
- Participate in internal and external meetings
- Maintain client confidentiality
- Mentor new hires and provide ongoing feedback
- Support assistant client services specialists in their day-to-day transactions as needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to obtain any necessary licenses within 90 days of employment
- The ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Strong customer service, presentation and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- One to two years of insurance industry experience related to servicing accounts
- Experience working with surety, including in an insurance brokerage environment
- Achieve and maintain a 99+% quality score in production
- Experience working with Epic and Sure Path
