About the role

As a Sr. Supply Chain Specialist, you will design, develop, test, and evaluate integrated systems for managing industrial production processes, including inventory control, logistics, and material flow. Your work will contribute to technology that moves the world forward.
Responsibilities
- Review production schedules, engineering specifications, process flows, and other information to understand and improve applied methods.
- Analyze and coordinate supply chain functions for a semiconductor organization, focusing on supply-demand matching using MRP systems to resolve shortages, surpluses, and root cause changes.
- Review MRP inputs (Yields, BOM, Capacity, etc.) with functional owners to drive accountability and data accuracy.
- Provide product intelligence and required actions for inventory forecast generation.
- Articulate differences between demand plans (ship plan) and revenue plans (MOF), driving discussions to close revenue dedication gaps and improve product health.
- Enact quality control procedures to resolve production problems, minimize costs, and recommend demand-crafting opportunities.
- Represent Product Planning in meetings with internal customers (PEO, Business Unit, Production Control) to articulate supply and inventory plans (e.g., NPI Readiness/PM, Core Team, SCT, Supply Chain Ops).
- Drive disposition of inactive/hold inventory and collaborate with Business Units, Finance teams, and Inventory Management.
- Identify required demand mix for factory planners to implement when leading the line and crafting the Graded Die Forecast (GDF).
- Lead OPN Constraints to align release dates based on IP dates or manufacturing requirements.
- Coordinate with data management (GPDM) for new BOM creation based on new RIDV and post-processors.
- Meet with Central Planning to identify part connections/disconnections in the BOM.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend dispositions for inventory forecast and financial close.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a closely related engineering, supply chain analyst, or data analyst role.
