Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large scale operations and logistics projects, from concept through execution, including product launches, network optimization, and process improvements
- Create project trackers with deadlines and tasks with clear communication of milestones, roles/responsibilities, and deadlines to completion
- Manage project scope, budgets, risks, and timelines using structured project management methodologies
- Synthesize and connect data from several sources into manageable data points to support operations and logistics projects
- Drive cross-functional communication and ensure stakeholder alignment at all levels of the organization
- Oversee vendor and supplier coordination on projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations
- Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
- Lead change management efforts related to system implementations, process redesigns, organizational shifts
- Create Operational and Logistical KPIs and executive dashboards for transparency and action
- Lead and project manage RFP efforts and 3PL go-live planning

- Demonstrable capability to analyze and collect data without clear direction, including cross-reference data validation with critical attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Apparel ecommerce with retail/wholesale experience is highly preferred
- PMP certification is highly preferred
