for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: Intro paragraph: "SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of enabling human life on Mars." Then "SR. SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER (STARSHIP)" is title (should not be heading). Then description: "This is a high-profile, cross functional position that plays an integral role in enabling production flow and supporting launch manifest. Working in close coordination with engineering and manufacturing departments, supply chain planners execute effective, creative, and smart supply chain strategies to achieve production goals. Some of the functions a supply chain planner will be responsible for include material requirements planning, change management and forecast modeling. Supply Chain Planners will play a key role in enabling SpaceX to meet the ambitious growth targets and greatly contribute in making us a multi-planetary species." That's about the role. Then "Responsibilities" heading with bullet list. Responsibilities list: - Responsible for managing and continuously improving both demand and supply plans associated with the Starship design group - Maintain accuracy and audit bill of materials in MRP systems in preparation for production at rate - Align demand signals and allocations, maintaining product master data and developing expertise in in-house systems and reports - Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality organizations to determine change cut in and reduce obsolescence of material - Monitor spend to ensure adherence to project-specific budgets and forecasts - Analyze supply chain data and report out metrics - Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across disciplines and multiple levels of management - Guide junior staff members in some aspects of their jobs and provides strategic support whenever needed Then "Basic Qualifications" paragraph: "Advanced degree; or bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience working in one or more of the following; or 6+ years of experience working in one or more of the following: Engineering Purchasing Contract negotiation Material or production planning Operations or supply chain management Material cost control Master production scheduling" Then "Preferred Skills And Experience" list: - Technical knowledge of Warpdrive - Ability to influence - Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results - Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills - Effective written, verbal and presentation communication skills - Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to respond quickly to a fast-moving and ever-changing environment - Conducts all activities with the highest level of integrity Then "Additional Requirements" bullet list: - Must be able to travel - up to 30% work week travel may be required, including international travel - Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed to meet major milestones - This position is based in Hawthorne, CA and requires being onsite - remote work not considered Then "Compensation And Benefits" section includes Pay Range details and benefits. Pay Range: Level 1: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 Level 2: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You will also receive access to comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage, access to a 401(k) retirement plan, short and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, paid parental leave, and various other discounts and perks. You may also accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation and will be eligible for 10 or more paid holidays per year. Employees accrue paid sick leave pursuant to Company policy which satisfies or exceeds the accrual, carryover, and use requirements of the law. Then "ITAR Requirements" paragraph: "To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C.1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C.1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. Learn more about the ITAR here." Then EEO boilerplate etc. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to drop the ITAR Requirements? It's legal/export regulation; might be considered legal boilerplate? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. ITAR is legal requirement; likely considered legal boilerplate, so we should remove it. Also remove EEO statement. Also remove "Learn more about the ITAR here." So we drop that paragraph. We also need to drop any duplicated lines (none seen). Also drop application instructions (none). Keep substantive info. Now decide sections. We have: - About the role: intro paragraph + description paragraph (the high-profile etc). Could combine into one
maybe two paragraphs. - Responsibilities: list. - Requirements: maybe combine Basic Qualifications and Additional Requirements? The spec says we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which to use. We have Basic Qualifications (education/experience). That's like Requirements or Qualifications. We have Preferred Skills And Experience (skills). That's Skills. We have Additional Requirements (travel, hours, location). That could be Requirements or maybe part of Qualifications. We have Compensation And Benefits (pay and benefits). That could be split into Pay and Benefits sections. We have no explicit Schedule info (like work hours, shift). Not present, so we should not create Schedule section. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual pay ranges and benefits details, so we can create Pay and Benefits sections. We need to decide: Use Requirements for basic qualifications? Or Qualifications for basic qualifications? The spec lists both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We need to include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. We have both basic qualifications (education/experience) and preferred skills (skills). Could map: - Requirements: Basic Qualifications (education/experience) + Additional Requirements (travel, location, hours). Could combine. - Qualifications: maybe not needed if we use Requirements. But we could also put Basic Qualifications under Requirements and Preferred Skills under Skills. - Skills: Preferred Skills And Experience. - Benefits: benefits description (medical, 401k, vacation, etc.) - Pay: Pay Range details. We must not repeat job title as heading. Good. We must not include any boilerplate. Now produce HTML fragment:
