Sr. Supply Chain Optimization Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Optimization Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will drive enterprise-wide supply chain improvement efforts that strengthen service levels, efficiency, and operational performance. You will partner closely with cross-functional leaders to identify priorities, build business cases, and deliver transformational initiatives from concept through execution. The position also requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization to support lasting change.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic supply chain optimization initiatives across multiple functions
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve service levels and efficiency
• Develop business cases and project plans for supply chain initiatives
• Execute cross-functional projects from concept to realization
• Collaborate with leaders to align priorities and define requirements
• Analyze operational data to recommend improvement solutions
• Drive engagement and change management activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or business process improvement
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects
• Ability to use data analytics to drive operational improvements
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, or procurement
• Proven stakeholder influence without direct authority
