About the role
The Robotics Supply Chain Planning organization is responsible for E2E demand and supply planning of robotics material deliveries, supporting our network of global fulfillment and transportation solutions. We are seeking an experienced Sr. Supply Chain Manager to effectively manage a portfolio of robotics deliveries to Amazon sites.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain planning of a portfolio of FTR solutions, aligning demand with supply and ensuring we deliver on time to meet project requirements.
- Proactively identify supply chain risks, implement robust mitigation strategies, and communicate potential disruptions to stakeholders to maintain business continuity.
- Drive supply chain delivery performance by owning key metrics, addressing constraints, and influencing stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks effectively.
- Lead timely risk assessments and provide transparent updates to stakeholders, outlining risks and actionable plans to achieve supply stability.
- Partner with Field Service, Hardware Engineering, Logistics, Commodity Management, and Purchasing teams to evaluate and communicate the impact of changes to the demand and supply plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
- 5+ years of supply chain experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 2+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Pay
$115,400.00 - $160,000.00 USD annually
