Key Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and consolidation of Supply Chain Execution requirements for Planning and Procurement processes across ERP, PLM, Supply Chain Planning Systems, and Supplier Collaboration initiatives.
- Partner with Planning, Procurement, PMO, Product Management, and technology teams to translate operational needs into business requirements, user stories, business rules, and process inputs.
- Act as the Planning and Procurement SME in system design sessions and support UAT to validate implemented capabilities against approved requirements.
- Drive Supply Chain Execution requirements, decisions, and business readiness to closure through cross-functional coordination.
- Analyze operational data, process performance, exception trends, and stakeholder feedback to identify pain points, quantify impact, and prioritize improvements.
- Define and maintain key Planning and Procurement process metrics to support business reviews, monitor system adoption, and drive continuous improvement.
- Shape scalable future-state workflows from ambiguous or inconsistent current-state processes.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through process improvement, automation, AI-enabled workflows, and better system integration.
Job Requirements
- Strong supply chain execution experience.
- Understanding of how ERP, PLM, supply chain planning systems, procurement, and supplier collaboration capabilities support business operations.
- Ability to translate operational needs into structured requirements, user stories, process inputs, business cases, and validation criteria.
