Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer I

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer I to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role focuses on supplier quality oversight within a regulated healthcare environment, with an emphasis on ensuring compliance, strengthening supplier performance, and supporting manufacturing consistency. The position will partner closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to drive corrective action, continuous improvement, and trend visibility. It is well suited for a quality engineering professional who can combine technical rigor with strong cross-functional collaboration. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $123,000 annually Responsibilities Conduct and oversee supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards Generate and monitor supplier CAPA plans from investigation to closure Collaborate with stakeholders to create and revise Quality Agreements Qualify and manage supplier performance, identifying process gaps Lead strategies for continuous improvement with suppliers and contract manufacturers Build relationships to maintain consistent manufacturing processes Report quality trends and supplier performance to management Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality or related engineering roles Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Electro-Mechanical Proficiency in quality engineering standards such as ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Experience with statistical techniques and problem-solving methodologies Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and GD&T ISO lead auditor or Certified Quality Engineer preferred Benefits Health care benefits including medical, dental, and vision from day one 11 paid holidays and a minimum of 20 days of paid time off 401k plan with company match Employee Stock Purchase plan Health savings and flexible spending accounts Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
