Sr Supervisor - Production 2nd Shift - J0051467

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 5 years experience leading production operations
• Demonstrated ability to lead in a cross-functional team environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Self-directed and task-oriented
• Willing to work overtime as required
• Experience with Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• 4-year degree in related field
• 5+ years supervisory experience with proven upward growth
• 10+ years of work experience in a high-speed, Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with electronics and electronic components
• 6-Sigma certification
• Familiarity with SAP and L2L

Responsibilities

• Meeting KPI targets
• Reporting through the use of Microsoft Office and other software applications
• Presenting results and countermeasures
• Leading cross-functional teams in weekly meetings
• Budgeting
• Meeting customer expectations
• Leading continuous improvement activities on Assembly Production lines
• Leading Root Cause Analysis for Quality and Efficiency Issues
• Supporting materials team by oversight of 2nd shift Receiving, warehouse, and Shipping functions
