Responsibilities
- Lead and manage training facilitators and quality auditors across multiple business segments and countries
- Provide coaching and feedback for continuous improvement of training facilitators and quality auditors
- Conduct regular observations of training sessions and quality audits for compliance
- Oversee the development and delivery of training and quality programs
- Manage departmental budget and track expenses
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create accurate training content
- Develop evaluation methods to assess program effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent training experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Training and Development, focusing on adult learning
- Minimum 3 years of customer service quality and auditing experience
- Strong working knowledge of budgeting and P&L
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Pay
$76,000 – $104,500 annually
