About the role

The Superintendent with Security Clearance is responsible for overseeing construction projects on federal installations. This position requires a security clearance and is based in Hinesville, GA (Fort Stewart) or Fort Benning, GA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects on federal installations
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Manage subcontractors and vendors

• Prepare and present project reports and updates

Requirements

• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in construction
• Security clearance required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Knowledge of federal contracting processes
• Experience with federal security clearance procedures

• Hinesville, GA (Fort Stewart): $64,657 per year
• Fort Benning, GA: $59,563 per year
• Norfolk: $112,926 per year
• Miami: $98,404 per year
• Reston, VA: $120,662 per year
