Responsibilities
- Plan and implement construction means/methods for all aspects of residential high-rise projects, schedules, productivity innovations, and site logistics in the Chicagoland area.
- Select field site personnel.
- Monitor job costs and productivity on projects.
- Coordinate on-site manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Develop, monitor, and execute the project construction plan and schedule.
- Supervise, train, coach, and mentor field personnel.
- Demonstrate commitment to Walsh Safety and Quality programs.
- Organize and coordinate all subcontractor activities.
- Oversee project close-out, including final inspections, deficiencies, warranty work, and site demolition.
- Work with Owners to ensure projects are built in accordance with contract documents.
- Participate in the development and review of work plans for major/high-risk activities.
Requirements
- High School diploma.
- 10+ years of experience in construction.
- Basic computer skills are preferred.
- Specific roles may require relocation.
