Sr. Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Planning and implementing construction means/methods for all aspects of residential high-rise projects, schedules, productivity innovations, and site logistics in the Chicagoland area.
• Selecting field site personnel.
• Monitoring job costs and productivity on projects.
• On-site coordination of manpower, materials and equipment.
• Developing, monitoring and executing the project construction plan and schedule.
• Supervising, training, coaching and mentoring field personnel.
• Demonstrating commitment to Walsh Safety and Quality programs.
• Organizing and coordinating all subcontractor activities.
• Project close-out; responsible for final inspections, deficiencies, warranty work and site demolition.
• Working with the Owners to ensure the projects are being built in accordance with the contract documents.
• Participates in development and review of work plans for major/high-risk activities.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma.
• 10+ years of experience.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.
