Sr. Structural Engineer

Responsibilities
- Lead and design facilities such as water and wastewater pump stations, treatment facilities for water and wastewater plants and conveyance and storage systems.
- Develop project specific technical reports, calculations, construction drawings and technical specifications with the support of local and national experts.
- Work with a variety of smart and 3D software tools.
- Collaborate with multi-discipline project teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience working as a structural engineer.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a structural engineering emphasis and a Masters degree in structural engineering is a plus.
- Extensive years experience with municipal or industrial water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and conveyance systems.
- Alternatively heavy civil (dams and hydro-electric), industrial or mining experience will be considered.
- Experience working in a multi-discipline project teams.
- Team oriented with strong capability to learn, mentor, and work independently while managing time and budget.
- Experience with structural design and analysis software (STAAD, TEDDS, SAP2000, RAM Elements, MathCAD).
- Experience with office programs (WORD, EXCEL, OneNote, Teams) and review software (BlueBeam).

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $130,000.00 to $185,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
