Sr. Staff, Technical Program Management

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and execution for an internal agentic platform
• Redefine the AI-augmented software development lifecycle
• Orchestrate complex, cross-functional initiatives across business units
• Establish metrics for business outcomes and system observability
• Mentor and lead a lean team of 3-4 TPMs

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in SaaS or cloud environments
• Proven experience managing lean teams of high-performing TPMs
• Deep architectural fluency and technical background in distributed systems
• Experience driving cultural change from procurement to native product building
• Exceptional communication skills for aligning C-level stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in SQL, Python, or data analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Pay

$222,500 – $305,900 annually
