Sr Staff Contracts Analyst (San Diego / Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, structure, and administer contractual documents.
• Assist cross-functional teams with contract proposals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about Illumina’s sales and contracting processes.
• Provide education and training to other members of the Contracts team.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Recognition, etc.).
• Represent the Commercial Legal team for company-wide projects.
• Organize, attend, and document stakeholder meetings.
• Identify and propose revisions to templates and streamline processes.
• Manage compliance and privacy reporting and support software needs.
• Supervise and mentor Contracts Analysts and Senior Analysts.

Requirements

• Typically requires 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5+ years of experience; or equivalent experience.
• Ability to grasp quickly business objectives and handle multiple matters simultaneously.
• A strong service orientation and positive can-do attitude.

• Strong organizational and drafting skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Pay

The estimated base salary range for the Sr Staff Contracts Analyst (San Diego / Hybrid) role based in the United States of America is: $129,400 - $194,000.
