About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Specialist, Software Development & Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will contribute to the design and delivery of scalable technology solutions that support modern healthcare operations. The position focuses on building cloud-based applications, enhancing software quality, and driving technical excellence across the development lifecycle. The selected candidate will partner closely with cross-functional teams and help mentor engineers while supporting business-critical engineering initiatives.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions.
• Lead the implementation of complex features in cloud-based architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Drive engineering best practices for code quality, testing, and security.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with modern frontend technologies, including React and TypeScript.
• 5+ years of backend development using C# and .NET.
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and cloud platforms, preferably Azure.

Pay

$131,000 – $218,300 annually
