About the role

Join our tax operations processing team as a Sr. Specialist, Operations Services, where you will become a Subject Matter Expert and strategic partner for our premium clients. You will work in a fast-paced environment using your great organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail to ensure that tax payments are timely and accurate.

Responsibilities

  • Manage delinquent portfolio items while building and maintaining strong client relationships with senior leaders to support account satisfaction, retention, and successful resolution of outstanding issues.
  • Deliver high-quality client service in a fast-paced production environment while ensuring compliance with client requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Perform daily inventory reviews and research complex property loan and tax cases by analyzing data across internal and client systems to support issue resolution and inventory management.
  • Proactively evaluate business processes and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and support operational effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional and external partnerships to align priorities, support strategic initiatives, and execute business objectives in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze complex data, technical research, and operational trends, translating them into clear, results-focused insights that support effective communication and influence decision-making across all levels of leadership.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment while fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Serve as a change agent by adapting to evolving business needs, implementing agile solutions, and maintaining effectiveness in high-pressure situations to support operational success.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Operations Management preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive, highly relevant experience in client operations, property tax case research, or mortgage data systems required.
  • Served as the primary escalation point for complex client matters, partnering with senior and executive client leaders to resolve issues, strengthen relationships, and support successful portfolio management.
  • Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills with an established capability to lead indirect, cross-functional resources across a matrixed organization required.
  • Leveraged industry knowledge and market insights to develop strategic approaches, shape workflow direction, and drive process improvement initiatives that enhanced operational effectiveness and business outcomes.
  • Mastery of advanced research tools, specialized public/private databases, and subscription-based information services required.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills with a strong ability to articulate highly complex technical situations and data models to diverse executive audiences required.
  • Proven ability to maintain absolute composure, deliver innovative alternatives, and inspire team performance in high-pressure operational environments required.

Pay

Annual Pay Range: 48,500 - 65,520 USD
