About the role
The role involves providing program management oversight to Scout IT systems and platforms, partnering with business domain leaders, and collaborating with key stakeholders to implement and manage IT applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide program management oversight to Scout IT systems and platforms.
- Partner with business domain leaders to understand objectives, requirements, and challenges; identify opportunities to leverage IT solutions that improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess available technology solutions, recommend optimal options, and align selections with business needs and industry best practices.
- Lead end-to-end implementation efforts, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and successful deployment of IT applications.
- Establish and manage processes for ongoing system support, maintenance, and upgrades to minimize downtime and ensure rapid issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, managing contracts, deliverables, budgets, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively identify opportunities for innovation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Define software strategies and develop product roadmaps to ensure long-term platform viability, scalability, and business continuity.
- Manage the domain IT budget, ensuring cost efficiency, financial accountability, and optimal allocation of resources.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience implementing and managing enterprise IT applications, with automotive industry experience strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership experience building, mentoring, and leading high-performing IT applications teams, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Strong technical expertise in enterprise IT applications, including experience working with APIs and designing or supporting system integrations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with enterprise IT business systems supporting Automotive Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales functions.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must reside in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York City to be considered for this role.

Pay
Initial base salary range: $120,000.00 - $145,000.00. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Schedule
This role requires 4 days per week in the office, with regular in-person meetings and events.
