Responsibilities

  • Provide support and high quality customer service to clients and prospects in Commercial Banking, liaising closely with the business and clients to complete tasks.
  • Solid written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls and emails to address client requests in a professional and client-focused manner.
  • Support best practices and make recommendations on client matters to meet work objectives, ensuring that clients experience a bank that listens actively and demonstrates care for their unique needs.
  • Receive general instructions on routine work and participate in group projects as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in supporting high profile clients working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Put our clients first and engage with purpose to find the right solutions.

  • Strong communicator with effective oral and written communication and problem-solving skills, including effective engagement with our business partners, including senior management.

Pay

The expected salary range for this role is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 for the market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position.

Schedule

You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid or remote work arrangement.
