Sr. Specialist, Bus Process Improvement

Duties And Responsibilities

• Performs new facility launches and system implementations
• Identifies and implements best practices within multiple facilities
• Develops and writes new processes
• Promotes and performs process improvements
• Writes work instructions
• Creates and maintains project plans
• Plans, coordinates and provides training to all levels of associates
• Provides mentoring and coaching as necessary
• Leads teams as required
• Compiles data to create reports
• Analyzes metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Prepares and delivers presentations to management and executives
• Attends and documents internal and external customer meetings
• Operates various types of material handling equipment
• Affords assistance to management in meeting corporate and departmental goals and objectives
• Supports corporate policies and departmental policies
• Supports EMS/QMS policies and procedures
• Supports health and safety policies

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Associate must be able to relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions

Qualifications

• Minimum of three to five years experience in a warehouse or systems environment or in project management
• Travel requirements as required
• On call requirements 24/7
• Physical requirements: Able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
