Duties And Responsibilities
- Performs new facility launches and system implementations
- Identifies and implements best practices within multiple facilities
- Develops and writes new processes
- Promotes and performs process improvements
- Writes work instructions
- Creates and maintains project plans
- Plans, coordinates and provides training to all levels of associates
- Provides mentoring and coaching as necessary
- Leads teams as required
- Compiles data to create reports
- Analyzes metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Prepares and delivers presentations to management and executives
- Attends and documents internal and external customer meetings
- Operates various types of material handling equipment
- Affords assistance to management in meeting corporate and departmental goals and objectives
- Supports corporate policies and departmental policies
- Supports EMS/QMS policies and procedures
- Supports health and safety policies
Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Associate must be able to relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions
- Advanced knowledge and application of the following systems:

Qualifications
- Minimum of three to five years experience in a warehouse or systems environment or in project management
- Travel requirements as required
- On call requirements 24/7
- Physical requirements: Able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
