Preferred Job Requirements: Education, Certification/Licensure, Knowledge/Skills/Abilities. Could be under "Qualifications" heading (or maybe "Preferred Qualifications").

Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills... Ability to influence without direct authority... Proven ability to coach and mentor... Highly organized, detail-oriented... Proficiency with common CI and analytical tools... Willingness to travel up to 25%...". Those are skills/abilities. Could be under "Skills" heading.
Benefits: The posting mentions "Medline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization." Then later: "Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions, paid time off, as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp. There is some content: health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc. Also mention for for each section heading.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit any substantive info.
We need to include all bullet points from responsibilities, requirements, etc.
Let's extract details.

We could split into sub-sections? But we just need to output content; we can keep as

Similarly for Preferred Job Requirements: Education Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, or a related field. Certification / Licensure Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Experience facilitating multi-day kaizen events and workshops. Familiarity with regulated environments and quality systems (e.g., FDA, QSR, ISO). Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
We'll put under Qualifications heading (maybe "Preferred Qualifications").
Skills: Could be separate but we already covered skills in Requirements and Preferred Qualifications. However the instruction says we can have a Skills section if there is explicit list. The posting includes skills in Knowledge/Skills/Abilities; we could still have a Skills section but that would duplicate. Better to not create a separate Skills section if it's covered elsewhere; but we could still create a Skills section summarizing the skills from both minimum and preferred. However that might be summarizing away detail. Safer to not create a separate Skills section unless the posting explicitly has a "Skills" heading. It does not. So we omit Skills section.

Might be considered benefits but it's more about belonging. We'll include the benefit package details.

containing that info. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO, belonging page, etc. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should omit the EEO paragraph and belonging page lines. Also omit "Medline Industries, LP is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also omit "We’re dedicated to creating a Medline where everyone feels they belong..." and "Explore our Belonging page here." Also omit "Medline Industries, LP is an equal opportunity employer." etc. Also omit "For a more comprehensive list of our benefits please click here." maybe considered a reference; but it's not boilerplate; it's a link to benefits. Might be considered navigation? It's a link; but it's not essential
