    • Engage internal construction teams, project sites, and design studios to generate employee referrals and maximize organic talent networks.
    • Coordinate seamless introductions and interview scheduling between qualified prospects, recruiters, and hiring managers.
    • Maintain meticulous candidate tracking records in Workday/CRM and deliver regular updates on sourcing volume, conversion rates, and pipeline health.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6+ years of dedicated talent sourcing or full‑cycle recruiting experience.
  • Proven experience identifying and engaging talent within Commercial Construction, Real Estate Development, or Architecture & Engineering (A+E).
  • Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search logic, candidate relationship management systems (CRM), and enterprise ATS (e.g., Workday).

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities with a track record of crafting high‑conversion candidate outreach.
  • Self‑starter mindset with strong organizational habits; ability to prioritize multiple urgent searches across diverse geographic regions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience sourcing for large national general contractors, design‑build firms, or multidisciplinary real‑estate development organizations.
  • Familiarity with campus/early‑career pipeline initiatives and regional staffing recovery strategies.
  • Experience utilizing candidate outreach tools, automated campaign sequencers, or AI‑assisted recruitment platforms.
