Sr Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier costs, contracts, and relationships throughout product life cycles.
• Lead supplier sourcing and selection activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Standardize effective supply chain processes for efficiency.
• Negotiate agreements with suppliers to secure pricing, flexibility, and quality terms.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain risks.
• Influence supplier technology roadmaps to align with the company's commercial goals.
• Provide updates on supplier performance and interdepartmental program status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing or sourcing environments.
• 7 years of direct supply chain management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a consumer electronics company.
• Familiarity with world-class sourcing methods and tools.
• Strong analytical skills, including cost modeling and quotation analysis.

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
