The Sr. Solutions Architect, Intelligent Ops, DevOps is responsible for shaping innovative technology solutions by helping organizations modernize their IT operations through automation, DevOps, and intelligent operations strategies. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading technical discovery sessions to understand current IT environments, business goals, technical challenges, operational requirements, and future-state objectives.
- Developing and presenting solution architectures, technical designs, roadmaps, and proposals aligned with customer needs and business outcomes.
- Designing and recommending solutions across DevOps, automation, cloud services, infrastructure platforms, observability, and intelligent operations.
- Driving technical opportunity leadership by engaging customer stakeholders, coordinating internal resources, and guiding solution strategies.
- Creating technical documentation, diagrams, analyses, and presentations to support complex enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers by providing technical expertise, industry insights, and recommendations on emerging technologies.
- Building and maintaining relationships with technology partners and contributing to joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Promoting technical excellence by sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and contributing to internal communities.
- Identifying opportunities to improve presales processes, methodologies, and solution delivery practices.
- Supporting the development and adoption of DevOps, AIOps, Agentic Ops, and automation frameworks across customer environments.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate is a senior technology professional with extensive experience in solution architecture, consulting, and enterprise infrastructure transformation.
- Previous experience working in a consulting, client-facing, or professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps, Intelligent Ops, automation, AIOps, and observability frameworks.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing DevOps platforms, Infrastructure as Code solutions, and intelligent infrastructure management approaches.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies, third-party DevOps platforms, and operational transformation strategies.
- Expertise with technologies such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, Rancher, Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager.
- Experience with observability platforms and strategies, including tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, or similar solutions.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, platform engineering, security frameworks, governance models, and cloud operations.
- Ability to lead technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and executive-level discussions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience preparing RFP/RFI responses, proposals, statements of work, and technical solution documentation is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in cloud, infrastructure, or technology platforms such as AWS, Azure, Red Hat, or NVIDIA are a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% within the United States.
