JOB SUMMARY: The Sr. Solutions Architect - Infrastructure builds and maintains a cutting-edge IT infrastructure for Community Health Choice. This position administers enterprise applications in a Microsoft Windows environment, installing, configuring and maintaining software applications and is responsible for resolving any software application issues that occur. This position manages and designs the Active Directory environment and must be able to work after hours and weekends as needed and have strong troubleshooting skills. Job Specifications And Core Competencies: Function as technical team lead for MS Active Directory / Exchange environment, provide oversight on daily activities to set priorities, function as mentor, help with problem escalation, and communicate significant problems or issues to management. Oversees the Architecture and Administration of Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, DNS, ADFS, DFS and GPOs, SSO Software. Oversees the Architecture and light administration Microsoft Exchange servers, Microsoft 365 and Fax Maker Provide AD Forest level service architecture planning, third party tools deployment, and integration strategies Develops and maintains procedures, processes, and documentation as related to Active Directory and as needed Responsible for PowerShell scripting, data analysis, server monitoring, performance optimization, and server documentation. Ensuring that systems uptime using automated scripts are properly supported with expertise and skills at a high level. Translates business needs into detail requirement specifications. Develops Architecture Specification deliverables that map customer business requirements into complete information systems (technologies, processes and people) or operational solutions. Provide architectural direction for multiple medium- to -large sized projects concurrently in various stages of their lifecycle or a large project fulltime. Performs systems design and analysis. Works closely with technical and business groups to help ensure the physical design meets the functional and performance requirements of the application.
