About the role

The Sr. Solutions Architect - Infrastructure builds and maintains a cutting-edge IT infrastructure for Community Health Choice. This position administers enterprise applications in a Microsoft Windows environment, installing, configuring, and maintaining software applications, and is responsible for resolving any software application issues that occur. This role manages and designs the Active Directory environment and requires after-hours and weekend work as needed, along with strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Function as technical team lead for MS Active Directory / Exchange environment, providing oversight on daily activities to set priorities, mentor team members, assist with problem escalation, and communicate significant problems or issues to management.
• Oversee the architecture and administration of Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, DNS, ADFS, DFS, GPOs, and SSO software.
• Oversee the architecture and light administration of Microsoft Exchange servers, Microsoft 365, and Fax Maker.
• Provide AD Forest level service architecture planning, third-party tools deployment, and integration strategies.
• Develop and maintain procedures, processes, and documentation related to Active Directory.
• Responsible for PowerShell scripting, data analysis, server monitoring, performance optimization, and server documentation.
• Ensure systems uptime using automated scripts, supported by high-level expertise and skills.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirement specifications.
• Develop architecture specification deliverables that map customer business requirements into complete information systems (technologies, processes, and people) or operational solutions.
• Design virtualized solutions that address business problems, needs, or opportunities.
• Facilitate enterprise system design and architecture.
• Lead the architectural design, development, deployment, and technical quality of large enterprise solutions spanning multiple technologies and disciplines.
• Lead complex technical projects.

Pay

$122,000.00 - $156,000.00 per year
