Responsibilities
- Partner with sales team to provide technical leadership for customer business solutions
- Lead technical discovery and design architectures for data engineering, data science, and machine learning
- Implement proof of concepts for strategic data projects
- Act as a strategic technical advisor to drive customer business outcomes
- Collaborate with fellow Solutions Architects for mutual support and user assistance
- Promote and recruit contributors for the company open-source projects within the developer community
Qualifications
- 7+ years in data engineering, data science, technical architecture, or similar pre-sales/consulting role
- Experience with building distributed data systems
- Proficient in Python and SQL programming and debugging
- Expertise in either Data Engineering (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) or Data Science/Machine Learning (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Available for regional customer travel
