Sr. Solutions Architect

About the Role

The Solutions Specialist works closely with clients to understand their business objectives and designs customized solutions to meet their needs. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex challenges and provide innovative recommendations, along with excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey solutions to clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Translates the client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs for large, complex technology solutions and integrating architecture.
• Acts as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems.
• Provides direction for design activities.
• Often project-based, sometimes working at customer sites.
• Actively and yearly meets with and presents to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years’ experience leading a cross-functional and collaborative team.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
