Sr Solutions Architect
About Artos
We build tools that help biopharma companies create and manage their R&D documentation in a fraction of the time. If you're looking to join a team whose mission is to fundamentally change the way that drug development gets done, we'd love to talk to you.
The Role
We're looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to own the technical relationship with Artos' largest enterprise customers. This role combines customer relationship management, technical leadership, and program management. You'll work with customers from the first technical discussions through deployment and continue to support them as they expand their use of Artos. That includes planning releases, coordinating new initiatives, solving technical challenges, and helping customers get the most out of the platform over time. You'll work closely with customer executives, IT, Security, Infrastructure, and business teams while partnering internally with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success. Your job is to keep customer initiatives moving, align priorities across teams, and make sure everyone has what they need to be successful.

- Create implementation plans, release plans, project timelines, and technical milestones.
- Cook up deployments, feature rollouts, upgrades, and integration projects.

- Balance competing priorities while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Solution Architecture
- Provide technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Design deployment and integration approaches that align with customer architecture and security requirements.
- Adviser customers on cloud infrastructure, authentication, networking, APIs, and integrations.

- Partner with Engineering on customer-specific technical solutions.
- Coordinate technical escalations when deeper engineering support is needed.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Connect customer priorities with internal execution.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering work.
- Cook up product releases and customer communication.
- Make sure Engineering understands customer commitments and timelines.
- Partner with Product on roadmap planning and customer feedback.
- Improve deployment processes, implementation playbooks, and customer engagement practices.
- Help build scalable processes as Artos grows.
