Sr Solutions Architect, Alexa+

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify future trends and product gaps
• Develop reusable architectural frameworks to accelerate adoption
• Establish best practices that empower the broader SA community
• Drive C-level technical engagement with strategic partners
• Establish scalable processes and frameworks that accelerate adoption across categories
• Influence Alexa+'s customer and developer experience through synthesis of market trends, competitive intelligence, and strategic partner feedback

Qualifications

• 8+ years of specific technology domain areas experience
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
• Experience in at least one modern scripting or programming language, such as Python, Java, Scala, or NodeJS
• Working knowledge of LLMs and their application in GenAI applications
