A Day in the Life
We're looking for a highly talented and motivated Sr SA to join our Alexa+ team to help bring our partner experiences to life with Generative AI.
You'll engage in deep, technical discussions to design solutions, solve problems, and coordinate Alexa+ feature implementations to raise the bar on the customer experience.
You'll be acting as voice of the developer with our domain, product and engineering teams to influence roadmaps using strong product insights, data-driven analysis, and a working backwards mindset.
About the Team
Our mission is to source and onboard, delightful, useful, and engaging third party experiences to Alexa+ that helps customers get things done, and drives the Amazon and partner flywheels.
We are a diverse group of technologists who bridge the gap between business development (BD), internal product and engineering teams, and customers.
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience in at least one modern scripting or programming language, such as Python, Java, Scala, or NodeJS
- Working knowledge of LLMs and their application in GenAI applications
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
- Experience working with end user or developer communities
- Experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS
Pay & Benefits
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
