Job Overview: Drive end user adoption of customized enterprise software such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, PMWeb, and eBuilderEnable the buildout of transportation and utilities infrastructure for organizations like Army Corps of Engineers, LAX, Port Authority of NY/NJ, Colorado DOT, Sound Transit, PG&E, and SDG&EDeliver in-person and virtual training sessions to data analysts, engineers, project managers, asset managers, and executives Remote Location: Remote in U.S. with ~25% travel for in-person training sessions, key client meetings, and company events Excellent Benefits: Paid vacationPaid holidaysPerformance bonuses401(k) with 4% matchHome office stipend up to $1k per yearProfessional development reimbursementRecruiting referral bonusesFlexible work schedules Key Responsibilities: Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions including system orientation, application overview, process overview, procedural demonstrations, group discussions, and practice exercisesPrepare leaders and subject matter experts to co-facilitate training sessionsCoordinate training plans and schedules in partnership with project teammates and client leadersAssist training developers in designing curricula, slide decks, facilitation guides, discussion prompts, scenario-based exercises, and software training environmentsAnalyze stakeholder data to understand group-specific training needs and audiences segmentsPrepare, deploy, and assess post-training surveys and interviews Desired Qualifications:5+ years of experience facilitating training sessions OR 3+ years of experience facilitating training sessions plus a CPTM, CPTD, or similar certification3+ years of experience facilitating training sessions for custom software implementation projects1+ years of experience supporting civil engineering or construction teams in the transportation or utilities spacesWorld-class written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced technological aptitude and digital literacyAbility to make independent progress in complex and dynamic environments Expected Pay: $80,000 - $120,000 based on experience, skills, location, and willingness to travel Similar Jobs: Facilitator, PMIS Trainer, ERP Trainer, Training Lead, Learning Specialist, Learning & Development Specialist, Training Specialist, Training Manager, Organizational Change Management Consultant, Human Capital Consultant, Organizational Development Consultant, Leadership Coach, Professional Coach Application Instructions:To understand your training facilitation skills, we want to see a sample of your work.
