Commensurate with experience

Requirements

  • Deep software engineering expertise combined with strong technical leadership abilities.
  • Experience building scalable applications, guiding engineering teams, and applying modern development practices in fast-paced environments.
  • Advanced proficiency with .NET (C#), TypeScript/Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, event-driven development, and microservices.
  • Experience designing and maintaining scalable SaaS applications.
  • Proficiency with relational databases, SQL optimization, and performance-focused engineering practices.
  • Experience building automated testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing approaches.
  • Experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar technologies to improve engineering workflows.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with product, QA, and engineering teams while navigating complex technical decisions.
  • Familiarity with .NET Core, NestJS, Kafka, AWS, or CRM platforms is a plus.

Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, event-driven development, and microservices is essential. Experience designing and maintaining scalable SaaS applications is necessary. Proficiency with relational databases, SQL optimization, and performance-focused engineering practices is crucial. Experience building automated testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing approaches, is important. Knowledge of asynchronous programming, multi-threading, and modern application performance techniques is beneficial. Experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar technologies to improve engineering workflows is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction are key. Familiarity with .NET Core, NestJS, Kafka, AWS, or CRM platforms is a plus.
